Groundbreaking held for Advanced Auto Clinic & Sweet Zen Massage New Facility in Delavan

On September 19, 2022, ground was broken for a new facility that will house Advanced Auto Clinic and Sweet Zen Massage. Located conveniently in the Delavan inlet on the corner of Hwy 50 and Prairie Drive, this new facility will provide a variety of services for Delavan and surrounding communities as early as fall of 2023. This space will allow for the growth of both businesses, and will include a gourmet coffee lounge. Sweet Zen Massage owner, Debbie Lynn, will utilize the combined space to expand her business to include services that offer a comprehensive relaxation experience. In addition to offering Licensed Massage Therapy, Sweet Zen will also offer saltwater float pods and infrared light therapy. 

Advanced Auto Clinic owner, Tony Lynn, looks forward to the increased capacity that this space will provide for AAC’s existing location on Ann St. This new facility will feature 14 bays for their ASE Certified Technicians.

In addition to increased physical capacity, Tony Lynn states, “We will also be setting the shop up to perform repairs on medium duty trucks to accommodate more diesel and fleet work. All of the equipment will be the latest and greatest technology to assure that we can work on all vehicles of the past, present, and future. We are preparing for autonomous (ADAS) and electric (EV) vehicles by having advanced training for our technicians and state of the art equipment.”

Since its establishment in 2003, AAC has placed a strong value on involvement with the Delavan-Darien community. In line with this value, Mr. Lynn is thrilled that AAC will continue to offer internships and youth apprenticeships for high schoolers and young adults who have a desire to step into the industry. In partnering with Snap-On, AAC has gone above and beyond to ensure that those receiving training, including their seasoned technicians, will have access to the equipment necessary to carry on AAC’s torch of high-quality work at fair prices.
