Brake Rotor Problems
Disc brakes are called disc brakes because of the big metal disc – or rotor – that spins with the wheel. The brake pads rub against the rotor to slow the vehicle. In technical terms, the motion energy of the moving vehicle is transferred into heat energy by the brakes.

This year’s 8th annual Deserving Rides event started out with some wonderful live Christmas music by the DDHS Choir! Next we had the 104.5 WSLD Santa Sleigh giveaway and found the lucky winner who was able to start the vehicle and was awarded cash and prizes. People enjoyed some delicious donuts and coffee in the morning that was provided by the Delavan Dunkin Donuts. Thank you to our sponsors NAPA Auto Parts in Delavan and Valvoline Oil, the Advanced Auto Clinic team and everyone in the local community who participated this year!
VetsRoll.org Organization 2022 Promotion
We are proud to announce that Advanced Auto Clinic and NAPA Auto Parts of Delavan teamed up together and raised $3390 to donate to the VetsRoll.org Organization PLUS 104.5 WSLD has added $500 making the total $3,890!

We are proud to announce that we were able to raise $1,300 to donate to The Rock County Cancer Coalition during our 2022 “Putting the Brakes On Breast Cancer” fundraiser.
In the month of October Advanced Auto Clinic offered to donate $40 for every brake job completed and gave away FREE BRAKE PADS with every completed brake job! Thanks to everyone who came in and had a brake job performed in the month of October! We would also like to thank Lucy and the Breast Cancer Recovery organization for all that they do. We are looking forward to doing this event again next year!

Groundbreaking held for Advanced Auto Clinic & Sweet Zen Massage New Facility in Delavan
On September 19, 2022, ground was broken for a new facility that will house Advanced Auto Clinic and Sweet Zen Massage. Located conveniently in the Delavan inlet on the corner of Hwy 50 and Prairie Drive, this new facility will provide a variety of services for Delavan and surrounding communities as early as fall of 2023.
