Advanced Auto Clinic in Delavan is proud to announce that we will be extending our food drive and charity event in partnership with a few area businesses, including The Gary Huge Family, Streblow Boat Holdings in Lake Geneva, and Advanced Auto Clinic. Our goal is to fill 10 food cans with non-perishable food and raise $10,000 to help out the food pantry and families in our community.
Disc brakes are called disc brakes because of the big metal disc – or rotor – that spins with the wheel. The brake pads rub against the rotor to slow the vehicle. In technical terms, the motion energy of the moving vehicle is transferred into heat energy by the brakes.
